1. What is the hourly charge for the service providers?
Members set their own hourly rates. However, some members do not charge or specify rates. Please check their profiles for their rates.
2. What is the minimum booking time?
'Members for Hire' set their own minimum booking time, please discuss this with them before the start of the date. Mostly, the average minimum is 30 minutes.
3. How do I pay for my chosen service provider?
We suggest you pay your "lady for hire" or "guy for hire" in any of the methods listed in their profiles (cash, mobile money etc) at the start of the date. All payment goes to the registered member, we do not take a cut of any earnings.
4. As a guest, am I expected to cover all costs during the date?
Yes, you should pay for all costs during the date eg, food, drinks etc. You may also pay for the companion's travel expenses to and fro the date.
5. Where should I arrange to meet the companion?
It is totally up to both of you to discuss and suggest somewhere to meet, however we would suggest meeting in a public place such as a shopping mall or restaurant.
6. Can I speak to my companion before the date?
Yes, you will need to communicate to the companion (via phone or email) so you can make arrangements before the date. If you're taking them to a social event then it is a good idea to brief him/her on the event.
7. How can I be sure that you will keep my privacy?
We take the privacy of all our members seriously. Your privacy interests are at the core of our business. None of your information will be put to the open at any given time, no matter the circumstance.
8. I am NEW to this whole online thing, how does it work?

11. Where in the profile page is my favourite list ?
To see this, log in to your personal account and click on "My favourites", tab - there you can check your favourites list.
12. How do I update my profile?
It's quick and easy to do so! To update your profile, just login to your account and then click on "Edit Profile" and make desired changes.
13. How do I post a photo for my profile?
We make it easy for you to post a photo. To upload a photo directly from your computer, simply sign in to your account and select "Add/Change Photo" in your account's dashboard.
14. Can I post any photo in my profile?
No, not any photo. Photos showing 100% frontal nudity or genitals are NOT ACCEPTED. Our moderator will delete photos that display much nudity in order to maintain the quality of matches available through the site.
15. How do I change my personal information?
Changing personal information is extremely easy. If you would like to update the information about yourself that you submitted during registration, write a new heading and description for your profile as well as editing main criteria for your matches just go to the "Update your Profile" option on "My Settings" page. There you can edit any part of your personal information. Save it by clicking the Save button.
16. When I click on My Matches how are you determining these matches for me?
Well, when you click on My Matches you will see some profiles that we think would be good for you based on your desired age range AND the other person's desired age range. If you have set your preferred age range as 30 and 45 then you will see profiles of people in this age range. In other words, we determine your matches based on what you have told us in your Account Settings.
17. Will you keep my personal information private and confidential?
Yes. We will never devulge any of your info to the public. Your privacy matters to us as it matters to you.
18. Are profiles censored? Is there any limit to what I can put in my profile?
Yes. All member profiles, when they are originally created as well as when they are modified, must be approved by our admin. We reserve the right to refuse any profile or photograph that we feel is inappropriate for this site. Also, we ask that you do not put any personal information in your profile, including, but not limited to: your home address, a personal beeper, phone number, a real e-mail address or personal web address. Any offenders of this rule will be banned from the site.
19. How do I upload new photos of myself or add/delete photos?
In order to add or change images on your profile, you first need to be logged in. Please first enter your username and password in the "Member Login" area at the top of the page. Then once you are logged in, look at the top area of the page, around the middle. You'll see a button that reads "Add Photos". Once you have chosen, click on the "Upload New Image" button.
20. How do I delete my profile?
If you just want to DEACTIVATE your account - perhaps you met that special someone you were looking for - and want to see how it works out or maybe you're just not in the right place to be dating right now, please click here to login and locate the "Delete Account" link.
21. I cannot login with my username and password. What am I doing wrong?
If you cannot login with your username and password, please first recheck your username and password for PendoPoint.com. Many times we have so many usernames and passwords around the internet that we sometimes confuse one site's username/password with another. If you are certain this is your username and password, make sure that you have typed in the right case for each letter. Alternatively, you can reset your password using the forgot password link.
22. How accurate is the "Online Now" notification when I see it on a profile?
The "Online Now" notification shows up on a profile when a user logs in and gets into our system. The "Online Now" will go away the moment they log off. However, if for example they close the website window by clicking the X at the top right corner without Logging Off first - then we can have no way of knowing that they wanted to log off. In this case, the "Online Now" will continue to appear for 1 hour. At that point, since there is no activity by the member, the user will be logged off.
